Hi, I'm Tim Murphy. I founded Metropolitan Home Team. not as a real estate company, but as the vehicle to inspire others to IMPACT their community. I knew it would be difficult and challenging. I knew it would require us to redefine the industry, and how our clients perceived us. I knew I'd have to attract the best talent. The smartest. The brightest. The most honest and ethical. And I knew it would require us to operate as a team, not as a bunch of individuals. This means our culture and beliefs must be at the forefront. I also knew it would require us to invest heavily in our approach. With all this in mind, we are devising a plan to innovate. Then innovated again. On a quest to prove it's possible to serve the client, the community, and the organization in win-win- win fashion. With our clients as partners, joining us in the mission to make IMPACT, there's no limit to what the future may hold.

In a home sale, things can’t ever go 100% to plan, but Tim could be counted on to let us know about any bumps quickly, as well as provide solutions immediately.
